| Everyone abandoned these handsome young men tonight! Chad Oberson (from Fairfield, OH) knew he could count on Jordan Secrest being his pit crew tonight though and not abandoning him! Chad drives car #1C in the Late Model class. Though Chad has been racing for five years, tonight will just be his 6th race in Late Models. Chad told me, "five years ago I couldn't even change the oil in a car." He then began racing with a Pure Stock and raced for about two years before racing a Modified for two years. Jordan works about 20 hours a week helping Chad. Two to three years ago Jordan flipped a Late Model while racing and hasn't been able to get a car together since to race again. |
