Seventeen year old Brittany
Pardo raced in the rental car
07/14/06.  She said it wasn't
scary at all.  She was mad at
herself for not going faster!  Her
dad drove the #410  in the
bombers and said he has a car
for her to drive but he had to rob
some parts off of it for his this
week.  Brittany's mom was a
"little nervous" watching her
daughter race last night but I think
she is really proud of how she did.
Larry Myers worked
at Union County
Speedway from the
time it was opened
until the late 1990's.
 He was the
announcer at the
track for around ten
years.  We would
like to thank Larry
for announcing for
the track last night,
07/14/06.
Owner Billie Daniels is always busy at
the track making sure things are
done.  Here he is watering the track
before the races on Friday night.
To the left is Cody Hembre, Chad Farrell,
and Carl Blankenship.  Bill Lewis drives
#70L for Carl.  Seventeen year old Carl
said he owns the car and has been coming
to the track for about 3 years.  He has
raced his car about 5 times in the Street
Stock class. At that time, the car was #89C.
 The three boys are from Germantown, OH
and are best friends.  Carl is actually
Cody's uncle!
